7.00 - 9.00pm at Arts & Media Centre, Fox St, Preston PR1 2AB. The evening will begin 7.00 pm with Light refreshments reflecting the theme of the evening. The official launch will begin at 7.45 pm and end at approximately 9.00 pm, allowing ample time for networking.
